Situated on the cliff tops overlooking the picturesque village of Runswick Bay, Cliffemount will comprise of 20 sea-view rooms, each designed with inspiration from the neighbouring North Yorkshire Coast.
Our dog-friendly hotel will also boast a restaurant serving a variety of classic and seasonal dishes, and a traditional pub oozing with Runswick Bay character.
All of this coupled with its location will make Cliffemount an ideal place for both long and short coastal breaks.
The UK’s first Passivhaus accredited hotel
Cliffemount is being developed with sustainability at the forefront of its design, with the aim of it becoming the UK’s first hotel to receive Passivhaus accreditation.
To achieve this, we must adhere to strict standards set by the Passivhaus Trust.
