The demolition of a renowned hotel in Runswick Bay, Cliffemount Hotel, has today, 19^th August, commenced.

Contractors have arrived on site this morning to set up and prepare for an eight-week-long demolition process.

We are delighted to confirm that a date has been agreed for the former Cliffemount Hotel to be demolished.

On August 19th, 2024, contractors will commence the set-up of the site and move on to completing internal works in the following weeks.
